How do I place an order?
You can order online any time through our shop at pamperedladyflorist.net, or call us at (626) 791-8141 and we’ll take care of it for you.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Order by noon and we’ll deliver the same day in Altadena and nearby towns. There are no Sunday deliveries; those go out the next business day.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Altadena, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, La Cañada Flintridge, Duarte, Azusa, and the surrounding foothill communities. If you’re not sure whether we reach you, just call and ask.
Can you make a custom arrangement?
Absolutely. Custom design is what we love most. Call the shop and tell us the color, the feeling, or the flowers you have in mind, and Carolyn will design it with you.
What if a flower I want isn’t available?
Flowers are natural and seasonal. If a specific flower, color, or container isn’t available, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value in a similar style, which is standard florist practice.
Do you do weddings, events, and funerals?
Yes. We design for weddings, celebrations of life, funerals, anniversaries, and corporate events. Call us and let’s talk through what you need.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely on our shop site, pamperedladyflorist.net, when you place your order there.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 4:00, and Saturday, 10:00 to 2:00. We’re closed on Sunday.
